A characterful new brand for Hospitality focused technology business as it scales up
Fast growing Edinburgh based technology brand Criton succeeded in securing investment earlier this year. This provided the impetus to build a brand that would support the business on the next stage of it's journey. Founded by Julie Grieve who knows her industry inside out, the brand had a genuine story to tell and the opportunity for a compelling and targeted proposition in the market.
Brand Insiders conducted qualitative research with a small sample of customers and prospects to inform a brand blueprint, story and messaging that then provided the springboard for a fresh look at the identity and brand design framework.
With upcoming exhibitions and campaign activity booked, no time was wasted in bringing the new brand to life. Within weeks the Criton team were off to Glasgow, Berlin and New York armed with a shiny new stand, literature and the extra profile resulting from a campaign incorporating display advertising, press and direct mail.
The Criton team owned their new brand from the off, immediately interpreting it for the channels and communications their in-house team could control.
